Internal teams and external buyers post projects. Members bid via their digital twin; on accept, work happens off-platform with check-in milestones. On peer-reviewed completion the buyer pays out of escrow (or DAO treasury for internal work), the accreditation NFT mints to the member's profile, and 5 % broker fee flows to the DAO treasury on external engagements.
